Karva Chauth 2014

Time to celebrate with my girlfriends!!! Whatever the history have to say, Karwa Chauth is now celebrated with great pomp and is considered as a very auspicious occasion for women—both married and committed. This festival reinforces the bond of love between husband-wife duos and hence, is special for every married individual.

We were pampered by Minu Rastogi(top right), who hosted Karva Chauth 2014 at her house. Mairaah Aggarwal of Phoenix, Arizona, graciously accepted our request by provided all these fine jewels from her collection for this photo shoot!!! Mairaah Aggarwal, who started as a hobby of collecting and wearing one-of-a-kind, exclusive, unusual and artistic pieces of fine jewelry which became a passion and blossomed into a business.

Karva Chauth with Neeta Manoj Sadhwani (on left) and Rashmi Kwatra( on right), we performed rituals at Minu’s house. Usually women get together at one ‘s house and it is a larger group.
